Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026 Company: Middle Tennessee Traffic Management, LLC (“MTTM,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Middle Tennessee Traffic Management provides traffic-control services — flagging, lane closures, maintenance of traffic, and work-zone safety — across Middle and East Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to middletntraffic.com, our customers and their representatives, job applicants, our employees and crew members, and anyone who contacts us or interacts with our official social media pages.
2. Information we collect
Contact and business information — name, job title or crew role, company affiliation, business or personal contact details including mobile phone number and email address, and job or scheduling details.
Information you send us — quote requests, service inquiries, job applications, and any message you send by web form, email, phone, or text.
Website usage information — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring site.
Social media interactions — public comments, reviews, messages, and follower statistics associated with our own official pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
schedule, dispatch, and perform traffic-control work;
respond to quote requests, service inquiries, and job applications;
send operational text messages such as job reminders and crew notifications, and process replies;
publish and manage content on our own official social media pages, and respond to comments, reviews, and messages we receive there;
produce internal business reporting on our own operations and our own social media presence;
maintain business records and meet legal, insurance, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information we collect to build advertising profiles about you.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
Our SMS program is voluntary and operational — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Enrollment happens through an opt-in web form, unchecked by default. Message frequency averages about 10 per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Social media platforms
We operate official pages on third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. We use those platforms’ official tools and APIs solely to manage our own pages — to publish our own content, to read and respond to comments, reviews, and messages sent to us, and to view aggregate statistics about our own pages such as follower counts and post performance.
We access this information only for our own internal business reporting. We do not use platform APIs to collect information about other people’s profiles, to send unsolicited messages or connection requests, or to provide any service to third parties. Information we retrieve from these platforms is stored in our internal, access-controlled business systems and is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Your use of those platforms is also governed by each platform’s own privacy policy.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; some site features may not work correctly if you do.
7. How we share information
We share information only:
with service providers who help us operate our business — such as scheduling, payroll, communications, hosting, and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide their service;
with customers or general contractors where necessary to perform the work we were hired to do;
when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our crews and the public;
in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the business, legal, insurance, and contractual purposes described above, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical protections to the information we hold, including access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services and website are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of our text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain information we are required to keep by law or contract.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
